Glendarin Bar and Grill Catering

We’d like to invite you to consider the Glendarin Hills Golf Club and Glendarin Bar and Grill where we can create memorable moments for you and your wedding guests.

Wedding Reception Rental Rates

Banquet Hall - $1,500.00

Deposit Requirements

To secure a date for a reception, 50% of the room rental is payable to Glendarin Hills.

Cancellation Policy

In event of cancellation 90 or more days before the event, 50% of the deposit will be returned. For cancellations fewer than 90 days before the event, the entire deposit is forfeited.

Deputy Fee

We require deputy service at all receptions and banquet events for a minimum of 4 hours at $30.00 per hour. This fee is payable directly to the deputy on the evening of the reception.

Linen Fee

Linen rental is $1.00 per guest and includes linen tablecloths and linen napkins.

Hall Set-Up & Clean-Up Fee

Set-up of the hall is included in the room rental. Tables and chairs will be
set-up with dressed tables. Cleaning fees apply if there is excessive cleaning of flower
petals, graffiti, etc. at a rate of $20.00 per hour and no more than 4 hours
